1. What Hotfix is

Hotfix is a private automation tool built and operated by one individual to publish their own short video content to their own social media accounts. It is not a product, not a service offered to others, and has no users besides its operator.

2. Who may use it

Only the operator. There is no sign-up, no account creation and no public interface. Access to the tool and to this website's underlying application is restricted to the operator's own authenticated sessions.

3. Acceptable use

The operator uses Hotfix only to publish content they own or are entitled to publish, to accounts they control, in accordance with the terms of the platforms to which it publishes and with the Google APIs Terms of Service.

4. Third-party platforms

Hotfix interacts with Google, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook through their published interfaces. Those platforms are independent of Hotfix and govern the accounts and content held on them under their own terms.

5. No warranty

Hotfix is provided as-is, for its operator's own use, with no warranty of any kind. It may fail, be unavailable, or be withdrawn at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

As the tool has no users other than its operator, no liability is assumed to any other party in connection with it.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The date at the top of this page records the most recent change.
